Our Quality Guarantee We want your Seoul Skin experience to be perfect. If your products are damaged during their journey to you, we’ll gladly replace them at no extra cost. Just reach out to seoulskinleb@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. Once received, we’ll ship your fresh replacement right away.
Returns Policy To ensure the integrity and safety of our beauty products, we cannot accept returns for items that are not damaged. We invite you to explore our product descriptions thoroughly before buying to ensure the best fit for your routine.
Incorrect Orders If we’ve sent the wrong item by mistake, please let us know within 4 days. We’ll make it right by sending the correct product to your door. We may ask you to send the original item back in its brand-new, unused state.
Canceling an Order Changed your mind? If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can process a full refund immediately. However, once your order is on its way, we are unable to stop the delivery or offer a cancellation.
